Testing, testing..... one, two, three? This is my very post into that great big unknown called The Web. I'm a little scared as now I have released a very small piece of me into e-space. Oh well, may it spiral ever more and become part of the e-star dust our little posts are eventually destined to become!Oh yeah - the pic of the beautiful baobab tree is my rebellion to the Christmas tradition of the world. I'm an African, and the trees we have here are more spectacular and full of wisdom and strength than some snow-covered pine tree in the northern hemisphere. And that's my wish - to experience the fiery, challenging, awe-inspiring stuff that life throws at us. Carpe Diem!!

Why do we have a Chhristmas tree? Is its sole purpose to tuck gifts underneath it? Then your idea of that tree you chose would be better as it symbolises something. I prefer the Joshua tree
